Activist farmer, Joel Salatin of Polyface Farms has now gotten mainstream coverage via Time Magazine.
This is amazing news for the blossoming sustainable agriculture movement. Our food supply is at a cross roads and it's crucial that people are made aware of the importance of moving toward a more environmentally friendly way of feeding humanity.
