Pumpkins are plentiful this time of year and are wonderful to cook with. When choosing a pumpkin to cook with, you really want to select the smaller sugar pumpkins that are heavy for their size. I love to cook pumpkin soup in the actual pumpkin and serve it that way too! It's a beautiful presentation and tastes fantastic. Watch this video and learn how.
