A domestic altercation in Chicago, led to a man fearing for his safety, and a woman being arrested for domestic battery. Her weapon? Cupcakes.
Police had been called to the home, when a man reported his wife was throwing cupcakes at him. When officers arrived at the scene, the man was covered in frosting and crumbs and told officers that he feared for his safety.
A judge ordered electronic monitoring and a $10,000 bond for the woman.
Domestic battery is not a joke. Throwing cupcakes at someone in anger, is.

I think that is just total nonsense. That's a waste of taxpayers money calling the police on a thing like that.
