
I know, I know...summer is gone but who is to say we still can't enjoy a nice frozen cocktail. This is more of a dessert than a drink anyway. Although it may be icy, the flavors sing of fall; earthy pumpkin, warm spices, and of course a kick from the Kahlua, Bailey's and vodka (we can't forget those) all whipped with some vanilla ice cream. Now tell me that doesn't make your mouth water? Thanks Cupcake Project for sharing this indulging mudslide.
Frozen Pumpkin Mudslide
Yield: 2 frozen pumpkin mudslides (double, triple, quadruple, etc. to fit your needs)
Recipe from Cupcake Project
2 ounces (1/4 cup) vodka
2 ounces (1/4 cup) Kahlua
2 ounces (1/4 cup) Baileys Irish Cream
8 ounces (2 cups) vanilla ice cream
8 ounces (1 cup) pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
whipped cream, to taste
chocolate syrup, to taste
