Top Chef: Just Desserts Season 1 finalist Morgan Wilson has been indicted on three felony counts of possession with intent to promote child pornography.
Undercover officers allegedly received several files from Wilson's computer via Limewire in September 2010. He was originally arrested in December 2010. Some of the images showed children as young as toddlers engaged in sexual acts.
Back in 2007, Wilson was hired as executive pastry chef at the Ritz Carlton in Dallas. There is no word on his current employment status there. According to police documents, Wilson admitted to viewing the images.
Perhaps the most disgusting part of this is the many references Wilson made to his young child during the course of the show. Here's Wilson's exit interview from Top Chef:
