This avocado pear salad is sweet, tangy, and creamy.
7 oz. Spring mix
2 Anjou Pears, peeled, cored and chopped
1 medium Avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
6 Green Onions, chopped
1/2 cup Glazed Walnuts
4 oz. Goat Cheese (Chavrie Plain)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon prepared Mustard
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon Salt
