With the holiday season, comes holiday dessert; sweet pies, moist cakes, and of course the myriad of cookies. I don't know about you, but I also try to top the dessert I made the year before. One of the ways I do this is by improving my techniques, especially frosting my cakes. A nicely frosted cake looks clean, elegant, and delicious. This video helped me be a better cake froster, hopefully it helps you too!
