While filming his upcoming movie The Rum Diary, Johnny Depp made an unusual pact with his director, Bruce Robinson.
“I am a fan of rum but Bruce Robinson, the director, and I made a pact prior to going down to Puerto Rico to shoot that we would abstain. We knew that the easy way would be — do your work day and then have some rum. So we did two months without anything.”
It's quite the pact, considering the name of the movie. But good for them for having some will power!
