Naan is a wonderful Indian flat bread that is baked in a hot oven until puffed up and slightly brown. It is almost always served with any Indian meal. You can dip it into yogurt sauce, chutneys, or a rich and spicy curry. Indian food expert, Anjum Anand show you how to make this wonderful bread right in your own kitchen with in this great video from the BBC's Indian Food Made Easy.
