Here's a blast from the blast. GOP presidential candidate and Governor of Texas Rick Perry served as Texas Agricultural Commissioner from 1990-1998. During one of his election campaigns (it's not clear which one), Perry filmed this ad at the J&B Sausage Factory in Waelder, Texas.
