Pixy Stix are so plebeian; the foodies at CHOW have created a grown-up alternative called Trixy Stix. The flavored sugar straws have artisanal flavors like chile-tamarind, beet-rose, yuzu, black sesame and urban-foraged spruce tips.
The CHOW team has included the recipes for its Trixy Stix on the website. Check out their snazzy jingle for the sugary snack below:
