If you are looking for a Halloween candy to serve adults, The Parsley Thief, has got you covered. Blogger Katie has created a recipe that adults and kids will love and the good news...it's super easy! I love the idea of sweet chocolate paired with mild sea salt and the added crunch from the pumpkin seeds. This chocolate bark makes a great gift for any occasion. I can't wait to try this recipe this holiday season.
Ingredients:
3 {3 1/2 ounce} bars good quality dark chocolate {70% cacao or higher}
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/8 teaspoon ground red chipotle
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons roasted & salted hulled pumpkin seeds {plus more for decorating}
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
