Celebrity Chef, Chuck Hughes, just opened his second restaurant in Montreal a few months ago and now the Food Network Canada star is already setting his sites on Toronto for his third eatery.
"I'm seriously thinking about it more and more. Why? I think this city needs a little Garde Manger."
Hughes also explained that a restaurant in Toronto just makes sense as the next step in expanding his empire.
"Most of our fanbase is in Toronto and a lot of (my partners') time is spent here.... Toronto would make a lot of sense. I'm not here yet, but I'm thinking."
