The Wall Street Journal offers a fascinating profile on DC-based chef Jose Andres. The most interesting part? Andres' opinion of his mentor Ferran Adria. "As a chef, the best thing and the worst thing that ever happened to me was being a good friend of Ferran," says Andrés. "Because I'm not shy of saying how influential he's been on my career, so maybe people just see it like José is Adrià's protégé."
