Christina Aguilera's weight has been under a lot of scrutiny lately but the singer's trainer, Tee Sorge, insists the two have been striving towards a curvier figure.
"The trend in LA now is leaning towards a much healthier, curvier look, with toned, womanly shapes,” Sorge says. “Christina and I started training six years ago. When she first came to me she was very petite with a tiny frame. Now, she has the body of a woman and she’s got muscle mass and curves.”
Sorge has Aguilera on a high-protein diet of eggs, beans, fish, and meat.
“Christina is really good with food and has a personal chef. She’s a normal, healthy eater," Sorge said. “She might have junk food sometimes and has her treat, likes chocolate, but she’s petite so she doesn’t have a huge appetite! She is a fairly big meat eater and also likes things like tinned tuna."
