
Joanna Lumley admits to not having the healthiest diet around. The Absolutely Fabulous actress says she keeps her weight down by regularly skipping meals.
"I quite often don't have breakfast and I never have lunch. I find it helps not to wake my stomach up because if I had a good big breakfast, I would be ready for a snack at 11 and then a three-course lunch, then I'd be ready for tea, then a cocktail and then an enormous dinner," Lumley says.
Thanks to her low blood pressure, Lumley says eating generally makes her sleepy so she'll eat a big dinner and go straight to bed. I can't speak for Lumley, but I'm sure there are other ways the actress can keep her slim frame while still maintaining a healthy and nutritious diet.
