The onion is most intimidating vegetable to cut because of it's round shape and many layers. This video shows you the best way to dice an onion. Once you learn this technique, there will be no more tears and you'll be able to chop all day long. This same technique applies to other vegetables in the onion family like shallots and garlic. This is a valuable knife skill to have in your repertoire.
