Celebrate apple and pear season with this sweet n sour homemade chutney.
Use this tangy condiment to liven up just about any meal.
2 Apples, crisp/firm, finely grated with peel (I have used both Granny Smith and Golden Delicious varietie
1 Pear, finely grated (crisp variety like Asian Pears)
1 small piece Ginger
1 Green chillies
2 tablespoons raw Honey
1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
pinch salt
cooking oil/butter
