Check out this fabulous recipe,using sweet potatoes! Thanks to Foodista user: Kristi Rimkus, we are going to be sampling this wonderful concoction this week. Along with the beautiful sweet potatoes, it also has bacon and mushrooms.
Why do sweet potatoes have to come out of hiding just for holidays? We like to use them whenever we can find them, and I admit, usually we make fries. Enjoy!

Sweet potatoes grow all year round here in Australia so we can enjoy them any time - and sweet potato fries are just the bomb!!
