Famed hero of the locavore and "eat good food" movement Michael Pollan sat down for an interview on last night's Colbert Report. Pollan is on a tour promoting the newly illustrated edition of his book, Food Rules. He brought Colbert some of his own beer (which he calls "If you don't like it, there's nothing we can do about it").
Colbert joking called Pollan a "food Nazi" and offered him some Bugles. He also called soda "America's milk." Other books by Pollan include The Omnivore's Dilemma and In Defense of Food.
More Foodista coverage of the newly released Food Rules can be found here.
