8 ounces Phad Thai Rice Sticks (Dry)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 clove garlic minced
2 green onions (use entire stalk) Slice at an angle
1/4 cup water
4 carrots, julienned
3 cups sliced romaine lettuce
2 cups sliced red cabbage
2 tablespoons agave nectar or sweetener of choice (or less)
1 teaspoon paprika
4 tablespoons soy sauce or wheat free tamari
Lemon slices
Ground walnuts
Add chicken, seafood, tempeh, or beef for protein.
