
Spaghetti squash is a tasty fall treat, and is even more delicious with Asian inspired flavors.
Serve this side with your favorite greens and protein for a balanced and tasty meal.
1 spaghetti squash
4 tablespoons soy sauce or wheat free tamari
1/2 cup white sesame seeds
2 teaspoons honey
cup vegetable or chicken broth
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (1 tablespoon if you like it spicy)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 of your favorite veggies, thinly sliced (carrot, red pepper, zucchini, Salt and pepper – for seasoning
Olive oil or vegetable oil – for baking squash and stir-
