A classic Thanksgiving dessert, Pecan Pie is absolutely rich and satisfying. My baby picks off the pecans, to nibble on, while I eat my slice backwards. I like the browned sugary part, mixed with crispy crust.
I have seen this pie with a graham cracker crust, but I would miss the crust so much! Have you ever tried it with this alternative layer? Here are some recipes to get you started:
