This picture of E.T. made entirely out of Red Vines licorice candy was created by food artist, Jason Mecier.
The E.T. portrait is part of an entire series of "edible movie mosaics" from Mecier's favorite films. The show, which is running until November 13 at the iam8bit gallery in LA, is described as a "celebration of Hollywood and all its popcorn stars, featuring odes to: Harry Potter, Charlie Chaplin, Willy Wonka, Freddy Krueger, E.T., Showgirls, Twin Peaks... and others!"
