Every year, I try to buy enough cranberry sauce for as long as possible. My family uses it for sandwiches and as a side dish so often, no matter how much I stock up on, it gets used up fast.
This year, I am going to be making my own cranberry relish instead. I found this wonderfully simple recipe to make my own, and to can the extra. I love to do both. Enjoy!
