Popular ice cream chain Cold Stone Creamery has put their expansion plans on hold due to a delay in auditing their financial information.
Kahala Corp. owns the chain but has not yet provided the financial information from 2010. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires companies to fully disclose financial information before allowing franchisees to open new stores.
Cold Stone currently operates 1,500 stores.
