Takaya uses vegetables in an unusual way: as hair accessories for fashion shoots. In the image above, peppers, radishes, broccoli and sprouts are affixed to the model's hair, transforming her into a jaw-dropping living sculpture.
The Japanese artist doesn't just use vegetables for these unusual art pieces; flowers and plants are also used. I wonder if the veggies were reused for a post-shoot snack.
