Chef David Chang of Momofuku and writer Peter Meehan have just released their second issue of their unconventional food magazine, The Lucky Peach ($12) published by McSweeney's in San Francisco.
The "Sweet Spot" issue will feature articles from Ferran AdriĆ discussing foam, Daniel Patterson will say something "harvests buds" (whatever that means), Anthony Bourdain's thoughts on road house and Harold McGee will delve into science of dry-aging.
The magazine also contains a recipe from today's hottest pastry chef, Christina Tosi, for an arnold palmer cake.
There will be no shortage of wacky cartoons and controversial commentary.
Pick up a copy from your local bookstore or purchase online.
