Anthony Bourdain is premiering his brand new show, The Layover, on Monday and the celebrity chef wanted to give his fans a few more details about what the travel show is all about. The premise is to show viewers places to eat -- high-end dining to local pubs -- when they are stopped in a city for just a few hours.
"No Reservations is all about me, me, me and me having fun and me satisfying my curiosity about the world and less about whether or not anybody of the audience will actually be able to replicate the experience," Bourdain said. "So with this show, we're actually trying to be useful. We've unmasked a lot of information about places around the world over the course of eight years. We've gotten pretty good about cutting right to the heart of the matter."
The Layover premieres Monday, November 21 on the Travel Channel at 9 pm.
