Anthony Bourdain will soon release a food-inspired graphic novel.
Written alongside Joel Rose, Bourdain says the 160-page novel is "a gourmet slaughter-fest, sort of like ‘Fistful of Dollars’ meets ‘Eat Drink Man Woman’ and ‘Yojimbo’ meets ‘Big Night’ and ‘Babette’s Feast’, an ultra-violent slaughter-fest over culinary arcana."
Titled Get Jiro!, the upcoming novel is expected to be released in June 2012.
