This sushi High Line sculpture mixes recycled materials and vegetarian foods to create an artistic cornucopia of sorts. The culinary replica features mashed potatoes, stuffing, vegetables, enoki mushroom figures, tofu train tracks and an agar agar water feature.
What's perhaps best of all is that you can easily create this sushi High Line sculpture on your own. For another gorgeous example of sushi art, see this Darth Vader carrot.
