Top Chef: Just Desserts Season 1 finalist Morgan Wilson has been indicted in federal court for one count of possession of child pornography, in addition to the state charges he already faces. The new charges were prompted by the fact that Wilson allegedly distributed the pornographic images across state lines. If convicted he faces 10 years in prison on the federal charges and an additional 2-20 years on the state charges.
Wilson was arrested in December 2010 after authorities found videos and images at his Plano, Texas residence showing children as young as toddlers engaging in sexual acts. He is out on bail, but has surrendered his passport.
