Britain has a new largest restaurant and Za Za Bazaar can serve 2,000 people a wide selection of worldwide cuisine on any given evening. The 30,000 mammoth restaurant finally opened its doors in Bristol. Capable of serving 1,000 people in a single seating, the restaurant will serve nearly a ton of rice and 5,000 chickens in a single week.
The restaurant will generate 120 jobs, but also 8,000 dirty dishes every evening. Za Za's owners hope to open eight restaurants throughout the country— making Britain essentially a giant buffet. According to the Daily Mail, "36 chefs and eight porters will serve up everything from Chinese, Indian and Tex-Mex to piri piri chicken, pasta, pizza and traditional British food."
One manager described the food as "high end buffet," a style previously unseen in Britain. Customers will pay £15.99 for an evening buffet on the weekends.
