If you are a fan of Hello Kitty then you are familiar with Keroppi, her frog friend. Jen from Tiny Urban Kitchen has designed a cookie that replicates this amphibious character. The dough is similar to that of a butter cookie with the addition of matcha green tea powder. Using two different sized cookie cutters, she constructs Keroppi's famous face. Keroppi Green Tea (Matcha) Cookies

Ingredients:
3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
20 T (2 1/2 sticks) butter (softened!)
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 T milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 T matcha powder
