Scarlett Johansson recently revealed some of her fitness and diet secrets, and it sounds like the smokin' actress works hard for her legendary physique. She admitted to Us Magazine that she's not the type to diet, but to prepare for her role as Black Widow in "Iron Man 2," she followed a low-carb diet and worked out every day for a solid five months with celebrity trainer Bobby Strom.
