Top Chef: All Stars winner Richard Blais appeared on Jimmy Fallon on Friday. Blais created a modern TV dinner (with his usual tricks). Then, they decided to make ice cream using liquid nitrogen. Things got a bit out of hand.
Blais has two restaurants in Atlanta now, Flip burger boutique and HD1.
