Holiday weight loss is a lofty goal, but Valerie Bertinelli recently shared her top tip to shed pounds while enjoying the spirit of the season: Cook to curb your appetite!
"I'm spending hours running around cooking in the kitchen, and by the time it comes around to getting to eat, I don't even want to eat that turkey anymore, I'm sick of it," she said in the January 2012 issue of Woman's Day. "So keeping fit for me is easy this time of year."
