If you are a sushi lover, you might appreciate this video. Rice, chopped toro (fatty tuna), and avocado are transformed into a bit sized trees. The sushi tree is then decorated with dots of mayonnaise, salmon roe, and chopped chives. To finish, the tree is topped with a star made from a Japanese cheese called meiji (which can be found in an Asian market). If you are looking for an interesting and unique Christmas cooking project, try making this Christmas sushi.
