Ohio artist Kelly McCollam creates culinary masterpieces using spices and salts. The Van Gogh piece above is part of a larger series called "Spice of Life," which features recreations of classic paintings.
McCollam's work is reminiscent of Bashir Sultani's salt art. Here's another one of her masterpieces:
