
On April 23-28, 2012 a food writing workshop hosted by Pamela Sheldon Johns of FoodArtisans.com will be held in Poggio Etrusci, Italy, the southern part of Tuscany.
The workshop will cover diverse fields of food writing including food mythology, voice, photography, proposal/ query writing and much more. Attendees will be able to have one on one time with experts such as Barbara Fairchild, David Lebovitz, and Jennifer Barry where they can ask questions and receive feedback on their work.
In addition, there will be interactive assignments where attendees will visit a cheese producer in Pienza, tour a wine cellar and participate in a tasting in Montepulciano or spend the day in Siena or Florence.
This Italian food writing workshop costs 3250 Euros per person. Space is limited for this workshop.
