Every one needs a cookie recipe in their repertoire that they can whip up on short notice and with few ingredients. Peanut butter kisses is that cookie. You only need five ingredients to make them and they are perfect for holiday parties, bake sales, or to leave for Santa. If you have a favorite cookie recipe, share it with us. If your recipe stands out, we will make it into a blog post. Happy Baking!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 - 2 ¼ c. Bisquick mix
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except kisses). Start with 2 cups Bisquick mix, and add a little more if necessary (you want it not to be sticky). Pinch off about walnut-size and roll it around a kiss to cover kiss. Roll in sugar to coat and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Cook at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Do not overcook.
