Most people tend to have New Year's resolutions inspired by their fitness goals. In 2012, Julie Berman says she wants to make an effort to drink more water.
"I like to set reasonable fitness goals so I'm more likely to keep them. One will be to drink more water," the General Hospital actress said. "There's such a huge difference with my skin, appetite, and mood when I remember to stay hydrated. It's such an easy addition to my day, so there's no reason I shouldn't be able to make this a new habit."
