A New Year's Day brunch isn't complete without a refreshing mimosa. This year try something a little different with this passion fruit mimosa. Passion fruit has a tart flavor with a hint of floral. It comes from the Tropics and is lovely in a mimosa. If you are having trouble finding passion fruit juice, you can usually purchase it in Latin markets. Use frozen strawberries to keep the cocktail chilled.
