Black eyed pea stew with kale is a healthy vegetable soup that is good and good for you. This soup is flavored with aromatic garlic, spicy Cajun seasonings, and chicken sausage. Kale is a hearty green leafy vegetable rich in calcium, vitamin K, beta carotene, and more. When placed in the soup, the leaves soften and become tender.
