Fergie says she tends to overeat, but with her simple little diet secret she can teach herself portion control and not be too gluttonous. To ensure she doesn't consume too much food, the singer will pour large amounts of salt onto her plate.
"I do it all the time. It's the only way I can actually stop myself from finishing everything on my plate," she admitted.
This diet tip might not make too much sense when it comes to meals at home, but when dealing with large portions at restaurants, it might not be such a bad idea (except for the obvious food waste).
