Tommy Edison seems like a really kind man who happens to be without sight. Yet, he stills cooks dinner for himself and shows off some of his tricks in this video. He appears to like cooking with beer. Some cooking tricks are universal. This video should be an inspiration for anyone with a disability to keep working in the kitchen.
Pretty incredible stuff.
