What a fun and creative idea. Thank you. I am a big fan of gluten-free mixes and I often tuck one into my suitcase when I travel. We are in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, this month and one of the little grocery stores (Bonanza) carries a brand of gluten-free mixes. I intend to try the brownies!
