Truffles are one of the most expensive foodstuffs in the world. They are sought after for their earthy, garlicky flavor. However, there are ways that we can enjoy truffles without spending a small fortune. I recommend buying truffle salt, truffle oil, or truffle cream. A dash of oil or sprinkling of salt will elevate any dish from ordinary to gourmet. Try one of these three inexpensive truffle dishes.
