Rainbow cupcakes are the new craze and this tutorial will show you how to make these colorful treats in your own kitchen. To make it easy, this baker uses white boxed cake mix. She divides the batter into six baggies, each representing a color of the rainbow, and layers them accordingly. At the end, she swirls the colors together (for a layered effect, skip this step altogether). Rainbow cupcakes will be a fun treat to make and eat.
Frosting Recipe:
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
