
With game day just a week away, this crock pot pulled pork will satisfy you and your guests. This recipe is so simple that you will be making it over and over again. All you have to do is season the pork, sauce it and stick it in the crock pot- it is that easy. Serve this delicious pulled pork on classic sesame seed buns with coleslaw. Crock pot pulled pork will be an instant crowd pleaser.
Crock Pot Pulled Pork
Serves 4-6
2 18 oz bottles of your favorite bbq sauce (or 36 oz of homemade sauce)
2 1/2- 3 lbs bone-in pork butt/shoulder
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Trim the excess fat from the pork.
Season all sides with salt and pepper.
Place pork in crock pot and cover with bbq sauce.
Cook on low for 8-9 hours or until tender and falling off the bone.
